I bought this just to terminate my DSL line as I did not have an ADSL compatible wireless router. The product does its job with some added features

Advantages:

- No auto upgrade of software or official release from D-Link for manual upgrade
- No App to manage the router, saying that mobile web browser works without any hiccups. Chrome/ Safari or Mozilla ...

Good looking small and efficient product from D-Link, works well with my bsnl broadband. Got delivery within 6 days as flipkart mentioned. And also thanks to flipkart for such a wonderful packing ...i couldn't even notice a scratch on the cover of modem :P Connection is stable and faster than i expected. Installation is very simple ...just connect it and enjoy that's all!!!!!!!

Got this as a replacement for a Beetel 220BX provided by Airtel. The old modem had served its purpose well, but of late required frequent restarts. Got the D-Link today and set it up with no problems. I called customer service (Airtel/Bangalore) and they had this model in their database and gave me step-by-step instructions.

I had to buy a new modem , when my Airtel provided modem died after working for 4.5 years.With the new Airtel policy one has to arrange the modem on their own. I wanted to buy one with only modem capability sans router as I already have one.

This is my 4th ADSL2+ Modem. The first one was Beetel 110TC1, which was provided by Airtel. Setup was a fast, auto-detect was accurate on BSNL. Looks sturdy and reliable. Just recommended to a friend.

I bought this and the installation is so simple. Put the CD -> Run the installation wizard -> Connect cables properly (you have nice graphic explanation in the wizard) -> Enter ISP details (you will get it from your broadband provider) -> Done. Just Plug 'n' Play!
