D-Link DSL-2520U Is very good for use with BSNL Broadband.
For new users it comes with a CD with very easy step by step visual installation guide.
It took me 5 mins to set up by BSNL broadband.
It comes with all the accessories which you might need to set up new broadband connection like splitter, RJ11, USB, LAN cable.
So if you don't want to take BSNL modem or if they are out of stock(which happened in my case :D) then this modem is pretty cool option.

I already had a WiFi router so I needed a modem because it got spoilt. This is the only modem without WiFi routing available on Flipkart.
It is very useful, It has LAN and USB connectivity. It is very easy to set up too.
It does heat up a lot specially on the bottom after it's been switched on for a few hours, but that doesn't affect its functionality.

Great product and good packaging. It was really easy to setup. I had problem with my Beetel modem and wanted a good modem. Open the pack, connect the cables and then once you login to DSL router, you just need the Airtel user id and pw to set it up. Although the operating system supported did not mention Windows 7, i did not face problem on my windows 7, 64 bit. Connect the out cable to a wifi router and you are ready to use. I was able to set it up in 10 minutes

I was looking to replace my BSNL Broadband modem, which had died a slow death! I was planning to buy one from BSNL itself, when I found this modem at a lesser price. Boy am I glad!

I can't believe the download speeds I'm getting now; I wonder if it's same BSNL connection that gave me hell for so long!

Airtel Beetel modem was down. Just looking for a new piece of modem and got up this. It will work for 24 hours a day continuously. Worth for a money. When I brought this product on last October, it costs Rs. 1095. Now it is just Rs.1005. Go for it.

Opened the box. Put the CD in. Gave my connection details (It already has a lot of Indian provider settings preloaded) and it was all ready to go!

I always feel that little information whether it is good or bad is very useful. About this product, i feel highly grateful to buy this. This is a class product in this category with a reasonable price. I was asked by MTNL people to pay RS 700 installation charge + RS 50 Per month charge for MTNL product. So, I took my own decision and purchased this item and It is perfectly working.
Please note, just follow the instruction given on D-Link installation book.

I use this DSL Modem / router with Airtel DSL connection and so far very satisfied. I cannot recall any incident of failed connection and is much better than the "Airtel supplied" dsl modems which failed frequently. My otherwise ordinary Airtel connection is so much better now. It provides good consistent speed and stable connection. Great services from Flipkart, Thumbs Up!!!

Hassle free. The user-guide is out-of-date. But, you don't need one. Installation was indeed good. I found that my frequent disconnection of internet with my old (beetel) modem seems to have disappeared. Not sure if the broadband connection has improved or this modem made it better
