Quality:- i think this plastic is not very good quality (but good)...

The signal strength has increased since I was using another dongle which never showed more than 3 bands strength..My experience so far is that D-Link gives fairly good after sales service. However the software user manual is very sketchy and they assume that every one knows what is USSD etc. The USB cap can be closed only in one direction, they could have easily marked the correct direction with some symbol.

a bit tight to open the back cover but if you have got nails then it would be easy to open it up. Product is good I have purchased it as a gift so exactly I don't know about the cons of the dongle but what ever little time I had it proven to be a good servant to the master.

Hello, as i am using this product since last 20 month it is working good , and we can use any sim in that while using if u got message or got call you can read message or attend the call . Just put your sim card and connect to your PC no need to install setting for every operator. I am very happy to have it.

Please don't be misled by the word wireless in the product name. It isn't a WIFI dongle. Its a good on the go portable data card with universal SIM card access. (no embedded sim cards).

Supports 3G pretty well.

The driver software is quite cool.

It works very well and is compatible with windows 8,8.1 only. The firmware of this modem can be easily updated with the help of D-link customer care. If you have upgraded to windows 10 then it is not the right product and it also doesn't support 4G.
But overall good at this price.

I am very happy with this device..but now 4G came it will supporting only 3G.However i am really happy with this Data Card.

I purchased this product a year ago and its very good at the performance. Non of the heat is coming through the body like i-ball data card i used recently. Its speed is not fluctuating. Yeah overall this product worth its price.

21 MBPS with 3 year warranty with 999 is a good deal
