Good quality product
It is overall a good chair, sturdy with height adjustment but tilt control is not as expected. You can only lock it in the normal position and cannot lock the tilt after bending. Back and forth bending works though. Fixed handle which is good as I do not like moving handle, which is a hassle for daily operation. Overall a good chair for office work. Material is good, chair length and leg support is good and comfortable.

The lever which helps in adjusting the height of the chair doesn't work.Even the Geeves people (third party) assigned by Flipkart came and couldn't fix it.Today the flipkart team came and picked up the chair.I wish there was a refund option.Never going to buy from this seller..Today the replacement chair came .It still has the same issue.Can't change the seat height of the chair.. Unbelievable.Terrible and painful experience buying this.

Useless product
I am not happy with the delivery of this chair. It's not comfortable, after use for 15-16 days you will face back pain issues. If you are working for long hours then go with long back support chair. For me height adjustment was not working properly and replacement was expected in next 15 days so i get this resolved on my own cost since there is no chance of refund once you brought this.
