Very poor
Very uncomfortable Chair is of Bad Quality with 1inch RHS Tilt in the base metal plate under the seat. Also FOAM is of LOW Density, on the seat corners it is about 2inch,, and at the middle it is 0.5inch. While Sitting On, the wooden plate touches the Buttocks. BackRest inclination doesn't stop but simply falling down backward. Handles both are NEVER equally at One LeveL at all for 3 different stages, Level match of both Handles is always at 0.5 inch raised level than the other !

Expected a better product
The lumbar support is very poor. Headrest is not properly designed in an angle to get maximum comfort. handrest up/down is not smooth even.

Good quality product
Everything is fine except the cushioning on the seat.. The cushion is very light.. After sitting for an hour you can feel the hard ply/fiber of the base of the cushion. It could be thicker for long usage. Rest all is ok.. You can go for better chairs if your sitting is for long hours.
