Delightful
This ayurvedic syrup is effective as it makes the bowel movement easy and one can defecate easily in the morning but I found it a little more expensive than the badyanath abhayarisht , if you are using kayamchurn for good digestion then I would say the syrup of abhayarisht from baidyanath and dabur is much better option as it doesn't give you gas and pain in your stomach in the morning before defecation.
