M= 85-90 CM
L= 90-95 CM
XL= 95-100 CM
If ur jeasn size is 30 to 32 inch, go for L.

The brief is really comfortable and the quality is very soft. I used only jockey one of my friend suggested me this. as compared to jockey this is very soft and comfortable. from now I buy only damensch.

I bought two such undies at different times. one was cotton + lycra and other was cotton + spandex. Second one is superb. First one is also very good but not that smooth. I dont know why they are not mentioning this in the description.

Anyway both of them are superb. But spandex is the best. Lycra version at this price is not worth it.

Superb comfort

The fabric is really very soft which makes the underwear feel very comfortable, would definitely buy it again.
