The language of the novel is very easy readable. The novel can be completed within a short time. This novel takes me to the world of Sarutai. I myself felt her thoughts and smelled her life. It clearly depicts the problems female life. It says from the childhood life of sarutai, love life , marriage life and isolated life. Anyone can feel the feel of a woman while reading it. Really cont stop it easily.

The book has four parts out of which I found only the last two parts interesting. There is no great story but the writer has made minute observation of the thoughts of a woman.The story is dragging which makes it somewhat boring.
