This is one of the best books I have ever read. When I look back at list of books which I read more and helped me, this book stands at first.

If you are planning to learn about algorithm design this is not a best book. It is more or less a lecture notes taken by an attentive student. No wonder the author is a geek but you should have some prior experience in all the chapters to understand the code. no where the code is explained. Importantly the chapters in graph was very much like a two mark question.

Am a software professional (yeah without knowing anything about DS) thought this book will help me understand the algorithms but ...

This book has everything you need to prepare for your interview.Every programming concepts and algorithms are nicely put.

I bought it a month back and since then reading it.

If you are a beginner in this subject then please buy it later.
If you need a reference for this subject then this one is not for you.

But if you would want a book which gives you good preparations for interveiw or any competation then you should buy this but be careful it has some errors also which you can correct for yourself and do not depend on the answers from this book, the author has tried his best but they are not reliable..

almost every problem is given with different solutions with different complexity..awesome book and writing.

Good book for data structure concepts and algorithms. Will recommend it with 5 stars but expecting more updates in next edition.

Ordered this book even when i already got 3 jobs in hand but wanted to read this as to have same closeness with algorithm designing. believe me, if you wanna go for some SDE like job, have a glance at this book.. awesome way of presentation..loved it.
