There are many books that teach Data Structures through C, in the market. But This particular book simply rocks:

1. Detailed explanations
2. clear data flow, easy to understand
3. Exceptionally useful animations provided in CD

I love this book, and Yashavant Kanetkar has done yet another good job. (just like his "Let Us C" Book on C programming)

I recommend this one for beginners and experts alike

helps in understanding topics better with full explanation about every program and.............. also animations help in many places.......contains large number of programs...........very nice book.i appreciate the authors for their simple and clear approach.

its good book for electronics engineering student but, not the best for those who want to start from begging with the language .......
but still i suggest this book for DS as a reference with u r local author books which makes u easy to understand the concepts as well as the algorithm of the DS......

When I buy this book I think It will useful for me.. But instead of it's very useful for me.. It gives me simple concept of each topics. So you can learn it in depth...

IT'S the BEST book Present in the market....
i can say so because i have myself read it ...
it teaches you every concept so clearly that you can even make programs of data structures in sleep.....

and if you r an engineering student then this is a REAL HONOR to have this book on your bookshelf....

This book is very very easy to understand n uses simple language..If u are a college student trying to understand Data structures in C then this is the right book..Im a very well satisfied reader..

I cant believe how people can give 5stars to this crap. As far as the contents of this book is concerned, author has RANDOMLY copied examples & problems from other books. There's NO SYSTEMATIC approach either. Everything seems to appear MIXED-UP & jumbled, which will make your preparation even WORSE. Definitely this book is neither for concept building nor for last minute preparation. This Book is a total Chaos.
