A great Read !

My review can be bit biased as I'm a great fan of Malcolm Gladwell. From Blink, Tipping point, Outliers, What the dog saw & now David & Goliath, I have read all of Malcolms. I must say no one can weave a story with so much of history, stat, science, psychcology & yet present it to the reader that makes the read very factual & exciting(May be this is what you become when you have a Mathematician father, a Psychotherapist Mother , a graduation in history & internship in Journalism)

The three ...

Oh Mr Gladwell

Remember when we were in our impatient teenages (if you are actually a teenager and have found this book, then BRAVO!)? We wanted everything to be sharply funny, energetically interesting with a punch at the end and a decent slice of humor or sarcasm to top it all off! Malcolm Gladwell is that kind of an author who writes for the young impatient mind - his energetic writing is what drives home some of the most non-intuitive bits of logic that jar the reader out of accepting conventional wisdo...

Another good read from Gladwell!

The book had the usual flavor of the author's writing and is peppered with interesting statistics. unusual insights and examples worth remembering. I agree with the inverted U viewpoint and feel that book rightly highlights the point that we should not overdo things as benefits do not continue to accrue in a linear fashion.
Delightful to read!

Malcom Gladwell lives up to the challenge

I had high hopes from this book having read Gladwell's previous works and gladly the author did not disappoint. Malcom Gladwell is one of the few writers who will keep you glued to their work and inspires such curiosity that it is difficult to keep the book down. The simple yet powerful reasons which author presents compels you to change your perspective.

Having read Malcom Gladwell's work, you will definitely look at the world from a different angle. And this book truly justifies this.

Inspiration pr0n

Gladwell is always good for some bubblegum inspiration non-fiction, and this book is no exception, with the odd good quote here and there. I actually liked it better than some of his other work.

Great Read

Must for your teenage kids. Bought this for my son and read it as well. Will be useful if kids are applying for the US colleges - references to something like this are good.
