Fabulous!
quality product but little expensive
the packaging is provided by delite kom itself and is very good ,it has styrofoam pads
the color paint used is also very good not at all cheap looking
the lock key on the top can only be removed when you lock the rack , it does not come out when it's unlocked
if you have average size feet ,then you can only store upto 2 pair of shoes or sandals in one row of the rack
advice : if you wanna buy this for placing inside the house then take a color which matche...

I am satisfied with the product. A few points to note:
1. The size was perfect. Holds 6-9 shoes. It is very narrow, only 6 inches deep. Takes up very little space. Perfect for my narrow entryway. Not bulky.
2. Made of powder-coated (not paint) steel. It will prevent rusting for longer than paint.
3. Comes in many nice colors. Looks good in the entryway.
4. Because it is so narrow, it will tip over while opening unless it is attached to the wall. It comes with high grade screws and anchors. N...

Does the job
The product is good and compact in size. I am not happy with the guage it is fabricated and locking system. I personally feel the durability of the product is limited to specific period not for rough use. if the items are not aligned, the doors will make clearance during closing.
