Good product, working well. Would have preferred to have a metal body instead of the fibre body which does not give a rich exterior look.

Mouse pad is not smooth while touching & needs to be corrected. Overall happy with product. Product was delivered late by a few hours. nevertheless I am Happy with the delivery by Flipkart & will continue to order with them. The order tracking system of Flipkart is great... Keep up the good work.

Very recently I have got this laptop from Flipkart. the name DELL says it all. Its a good buy within this Price range. There are one two minor problems or rather you can say hindrances which you might face while you use, such as the hard disc is not equally divided into 2 or 3 hard Disc drive and you can also have a little problem with the new updated windows 8.1 OS, but with time it will be fun using. I would strongly suggest it. 4/5 STARS

I bought this laptop from flipkart and as usual the service was up to the mark. I must say the product is really good with fastening speed and easy to touvh track board.
the only draw back there is no quick guide tour which helps the first time user's to operate it hassle free.
