Battery does not get recognised nor is getting charged - At least you guys should test the device once before dispatching. Battery does not get recognised nor is getting charged.

Received defected product(booting issue)... asked for replacement.. accepted n done.

2nd latptop also defected one with 4 issues... frequent noise from hard disk... touchpad buttons were loose.. one speaker not working... got warranty only for 5 months... ie shortage of 7 months...

Talked to dell.... replaced all the defected parts and extended warranty to one year... very very happy with DELL product n service...

unhappy with seller... and flipkart too for having such seller
