Great Buy!
I purchased this laptop through Flipkart. The order was placed on 26th January and the product was delivered on 29th January. Shipment was prompt and packing was great.
Its a great product for every use, documents spreadsheets power point presentations, browsing and for casual gaming. However the speaker volume is very low and I have to use my headphones to get decent sound when playing music.
Runs cool and doesn't heat up like my other laptop a Lenovo E430 which has excessive heating issue...

Not a Band Choice ..
Actually i thought to by same laptop with Windows version, earlier windows version cost only 32490/-
but when in about purchase this laptop suddenly page got refreshed and price was 37820/-
I don't whats wrong with flipkart IT people...So i need to go to this product..

Very good Battery backup Presently i am getting around 8-9 hours in seeing movies and working on excel ..
Very nice Gaming experience with 2gb of graphic card which Actually produce 161fps in 3dgraphic...

initially I received defective product, it was not turning on, imminently I opted for replacement and they contacted me back and delivered new laptop which is working perfectly. Thanks to flipkart

PRODUCT IS WORTH BUYING(FOR THE PRICE YOU ARE PAYING)
laptop is great with 2b nvedia graphic card,4gb ram,500gb hard disk.
its performance is nice.
Only thing that disappointed me was FLIPKART'S DELIVERY which is WORST(in my cases it took 10days and remember i live in metro city)

NON / BAD DELIVERY BY FLIPKART

The Santacruz Hub refused to deliver before 10 Am or after 8:30 Pm as I am in office during this time.. When delivery boy comes at an inconvenient time at 3-4 pm.

Bad Service and Old Laptop with expired Warranty
1. Received laptop which was not booting and got struck after BIOS screen.
2. When checked the warranty status on Dell site, warranty was already expired on Aug 2015. Dell Shipped this laptop to flipkart on Aug 2014 which makes it 1 year old model.
3. No reply from **Laptop Expert** from flipkart to sort out the problem, Initially gave me the option to reinstall Ubuntu but that didn't worked out and again I initiated the Return Request and after that no response.
