Nice product.. the delivery guy was bit arrogant and refused to ship it at home delivery. Instead he asked to come nearby place. I mean what is the point of online shopping if you cannot get home delivery. Flipkart should look into delivery guys.

Coming onto the product, its really nice and have very good picture quality. No height adjustments available for this one though.

Received another similar model which is low price...flipkart cancelled replacement without any intimation..

Image does not match with my product. It has VGA port only. I do not believe this product seller.

Can someone suggest if the monitor can be substituted as a television screen and does it come with a remote to operate ?

I bought the DELL E2014H product from flipkart. With in 2 working days my product got delivered. Once i open the product and install, one black patch in coming in the screen. I raised a request for the replacement. In the website they mentioned, with in 24 hours i will get clarified, but still 48 hours no reply.

I dont like the after purchase service from flipkart. When ever i call service desk they asking to wait 24 hours, and same stock reply again and again.

This monitor was supposed to come with 3 years on site warranty, however within a year the screen developed a fault and the customer service had to be called to check the same. The customer care however refused to replace the monitor citing that this was damage that was inflicted by the user.
