Not that Dell Engineers do not know the difference between Newly installed Windows 10 and upgraded Windows 10. There is world of difference.     Product delivery is very good and on Time with good packaging... coming to Laptop, it's Value for Money. Just need to do some windows 10 settings and later Software update including Bios and McAfee activation.. Speed is very good and design is similar to My office Latitude Laptop.. if you want better performance better add additional 4gb RAM

    Windows 10 needs strong and more data connection. I m using this from last 1 year . First 6 month it works good bt after that it needs update of 15 GB data as monthly basis( WiFi ).

    I received it today. Everything inside was found to be okay. The first impression is so-so. The keyboard is flimsy and the buttons are rusty. The typing is not as much fun as it use to be with my previous laptop. The left-right click buttons on the touchpad are giving a good exercise to my finger, but my wife has a HP which is not very different.     Prons - Light weight with brilliant display quality, great speakers sound.Good processor response for web surfing. Multiple task handled smoothly.
    Cons - Speakers create noise sometime, issue raised to Dell HW team.

    Slow laptop, but in good condition

    laptop is quite slow, will have to add RAM. old ram and cpu and new windows 10, so its got lag. i would suggest people buy a higher config. rather than old config. . . as you will have to invest on RAM anyway
