* Touch pad always a problem sometimes the touchpad will get stuck and we need to forcefully restart the laptop to make it work again
* Brightness is another problem. synaptics will show as brightness is increased and decreased while we are changing brightness but brightness got stuck at some point and will never change until you change from boot settings.
*Two fingers scrolling and gestures are didn't worked till last week all of sudden started working. Only god knows when it'll stop working...

very first delivery. I got it within 20 hours.

Laptop was having very poor battery. battery health was of 86% health. 14% in wear out condition. After 2 days sound was totally off. Laptop seems used. It was first registered in April in Dell website. but I bought it on August end. screws in back was missing also. This implies this was earlier opened and probably a second hand used laptop.

Everything works absolutely fine and smooth, while the absence of additional graphics card affects certain applications. A must-have laptop at this price range
