Not sure about the product
The product delivered was well packed and looked like authentic supply. It's been 1 month I am using the battery and giving same power back up as expected from new battery. It was also send with Invoice from seller for any replacement issues if required.
But when i closely looked at the furnishing of the battery, found the pasting for the information tag on the back of battery is not exactly the same way as its for original which I was using before.

I ordered for Dell Inspiron 1545 6 cell laptop Battery on flipkart but i reveived battery of dell inspiron 1525, but that's not a problem because this battery is compatible with Dell Inspiron 1545 also.

kudos to flipkart's delivery.i got this 4 days before the scheduled date. the battery is original dell, and it fits properly in my inspiron 1545. battery life has also increased, as expected.

Regarding the battery:
It's a genuine Dell product & not a duplicate one. Working perfectly with my laptop & is giving the expected battery life of 3.5 - 4 hours on a single charge & extensive use.
If you are looking for a replacement for your battery or a backup battery, go for it!
