Worked excellently for about 7-8 years. Had to get the motherboard replaced after that, post which it has again been working fine for the last 2-3 years.

I have been using the same laptop for 5 years and it's working pretty well... as I don't play PC games so this worked well for me and the battery also lasted for 4 years and I had to replace my battery. Still in good working condition.

its been 2 years and 10 months since i purchased this product...firstly just after my warranty expired, its battery stopped working...so had to buy it for around 3900..than 4 months its keyboard..more 1600..and now screen flickerring issue. so a problem with motherboard...the 39000 looks like a waste now...not at all happy with the product..warning you not to buy from here

Laptop is getting hanged since the time I got it and is very slow.Due to busy Schedule it has become impossible for me give it for repairing. Highly unsatisfied. Not expected from Flipkart. Would not recommend buying laptops online.

For the config it is very slow. Touchpad is a nightmare.

This seller doesnt install genuine windows i think.

No Windows 8.1 label to be seen anywhere on the laptop.
