I am using this Laptop since from long time. Overall specifications at this cost by DELL are Excellent. Battery backup is good. No heating issue. The processor is good it is hardly heated during playing games. A very good laptop for daily purpose and gaming. 2 GB NVIDIA Graphics are good for High Quality Games. The updates from NVIDIA are available time-to-time.

Flipkart delivered this Laptop very next day from the booking.

Best laptop under 50K I recommend for buyers

This is not a review against Flipkart but against Dell. I have high regards for Flipkart and it's return policy and most importantly it's customer satisfaction. But the following incident made me look with disgust towards the so-celebrated company, Dell.

Just after buying a laptop worth 35k+, I lodged a complaint regarding a problem with the hardware, i.e. the touchpad and keyboard and also a problem of the laptop heating up quite frequently. On being asked to format the computer, I did so t...

There were major hanging issues and Windows would't load after activation.

I had to perforce fix the issue myself.

I had asked for a replacement, but WS Retail simply rejected the request. Imagibe paying up almost Rs half lakh and there is such callousness on part of these vendors.

Shame on Flipkart! This is the last time I am buyng from you guys.
