The delivery from flipkart was very good even in current situation. They managed to deliver before the promised date. Packing was very good.. the product in general is working so far very well. It’s almost 3 weeks now, though not tested the full graphic system but for general office work, casual net surfing and you tube videos it’s really powerful.. the 512 gb SDD does make a difference .. the design from outside looks sleek, but the key board part could have been better. Perfect product!
Great multitasking laptop. Perfectly useful for the 'School from Home' and other typical Home usage. SSD makes it fast. Boot up is really fast. Camera is good too.
Windows 10 and MS Office come pre-installed. Just login with the Microsoft account and they are activated automatically.
Thanks to the seller Micron Computer to help install and activate the pending McAfee antivirus. Good service !

using for the last 3 days,display ok,battery performance good ,battery discharged 90% to 79% and it took 1hour 5 min.McAfee security updated automatically . ms office also easy to activate.warranty also registered in Dell from the date of delivery.satisfied too much.used for 2 hrs and found no heating issue.

Worth every penny
Only one big minus point I found its Keyboard display. Extremely disappointed towards this issue. It's very difficult to read the words & digits to read because of its white letters & numerics on steel coloured base. Wherever white letters and numerics on black body is the best . I couldn't use it with it's keyboard. I am using this laptop with the external keyboard purchased from market which is the big reason of my disappointment the purchase of this Laptop cost me with three years warranty...
