Good quality product
the laptop looks very stunning. screen is very clear and looks amazing. normal to medium games runs smoothly.

Good laptop for everyday use........
The laptop is very good (configuration, screen resolution, keypad) and it does not get heated up so easily.
However a few cons as per me:
1. The McAfee Subscription specified doesn't come pre-loaded with the specified subscription of 15 months(comes with a 30 days trial only) and you need to write to dell after creating an account with McAfee and You must install the software again.
2. As specified, the laptop has 2 DDR3 RAM slots but it has two 4GB RAM in both the slots making it 2X4GB(8 GB)...

good for person who is looking to buy desktop PC
The laptop comes with 3 years warranty and backlight which is wrongly mentioned in details.
overall laptop is fine there is no heating issue but i suspect my laptop was already opened and used.
However there was no marks on system.
You should buy this model only if you are looking for exchange.
