Truly best laptop

Phenomenal 360' laptop. Great design, great specs, good build quality (though not metallic body), great pricing (got it for 60k under the exchange programme), beautiful screen (1080p), 360 functionality is an absolute must. Only negative is that, though it has kaby lake i7 processor (7th gen) it is still laggy sometimes!
other cons: no Optical disk reader, little bit heavy, no laptop bag!

I m Writing this review after use of 4 day.
First the flipkart delivery is good received in 2 days, and courier person was also a gentleman.
Good product, light weight, but not good for heavy game.
Lack of graphics card but good for daily office use.
Sound quality is also above average.
Touch is also not good enough feeling some sluggish.

I am using this Laptop from 1 year . There are some cons that is come to know .
1) IF you want to use any LAB ( GNS3 for network Engineer ) it is working fine but as you going to add more router it starts lagging.
2) For those who want to use Vmware based LAB ( Palo alto VM ) it is running fine for one Virtual system (like Windows ) and PAN Lab but if you starts adding more virtual systems it starts lagging .
3) One of the major con is its Audio output ( 3.5 mm) . some time it starts barking ...

This is a good machine for daily use. I use it for my official purpose. This is quite big in size as i was using 12.5" earlier. Not too much heavy.

There is a problem in this model : The keyboard is leaving an impression on the screen of the keys. The service was prompt they had nothing to rectify they changed the screen. But still the screen after changing again the same problem after a couple of months.

My other option was Lenovo YOGA 520 series but that was only a 14 inch and I needed a bigger 15.6 inches screen with a 2 in 1 and this was the option I could blindly go for.

Perfect Laptop

Poor quality. Always had issues since I bought. Dell support is pathetic.

After continuos support and some experimenting by dell is working good now.

Increasing the rating from 1 🌟 to 4 stars in expectation on assurance from Dell.
