The laptop was received in well packaged and safe manner. Working fine. However when I registered the laptop and checked for details of the items that are shipped by Dell to sell it included a laptop bag also. However the same was not shipped to me by the vendor . This implies that the vendor is selling the same separately to other people. This is strongly against the ethics and is breach of trust.

Actually this product will be good if you buy it through offline bt flipcart seller product are very defective and cause many problems...I also buy a laptop on this site bt even after 6 month past keyboard issue and mause sensors issue arrises... sometimes laptop processing speed also create a major problems...so frnds don't buy this laptop under this site otherwise you must be suffer a lot...

If you are planning to use this for office work, where, only the laptop performance matters to you, go ahead. But, if you wanted to buy this for personal use, I strongly recommend not to buy. You cannot watch movies/videos/media in this pathetic laptop (Very bad screen resolution). For personal use, I suggest to choose some other laptop.

Pros:
1. Performance: Its really good. Both the processing speed & RAM are highly appealing.
2. Windows 10: They gave basic home version of OS which is good...
