    Serial Number mentioned in Flipkart invoice copy = 9DD4262

    Serial Number of the Laptop supplied by Sai enterprises = 9XB4362

    As per DELL, keyboard supplied is not matching with Laptop serial number.

    Wrong item supplied with defective key board. Specification does not match with invoice copy serial number.

    I am purchased the laptop under exchange of my old Dell laptop. Flipkart given me good price for that. Dell inspiron 5559 is very good, stylish look, performance is good. Initially I got some problem with adapter and the same conveyed to Flipkart. The response from the flipkart and Dell team was awesome. They rectified the problem
