Placed the order on 30th july

After getting the replacement twice. Third one came with no faults. Placed the order on 30th july and finally got the item on 19th August.

Abt the laptop everyone knows its a decent specs.

But just because these delayed delivery i am not able to avail the offer where i should be getting 2 additional year warranty !!!! I request Flipkart to look in to it as its not my fault.

DIDN'T EXPECTED THAT FROM FLIPKART!!

When i got the product(DELL notebook) and open the package I found that the battery release switch(sliding one) was out of its place and cracked. SO WHEN I REQUESTED FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THEY REJECTED THAT!!! AND TOLD THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR FEW DAYS FOR A BRAND VISIT. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK SINCE THEY TOLD THAT BUT NO FLIPKART OFFICIAL HAS COME FOR CHECK!!

Very bad experience from Flipkart, seller and manufacturer

I got delivery of this product on 3rd Aug 2016. It asked for a Dell BIOS update and when done, it is not botting! Contacted Flipkart and they arranged a call after 4 days with Dell technical team and the STUPID DELL ENGINEER SAYS ON PHONE TO TAKE IT TO MICROSOFT!!

Requested to Flipkart for the return of the product, however, Flipkart says there are no hardware issues and the seller has rejected the replacement request. I as a customer got locked in between and pushed to the corner.

Order Cancelled without confirmation

Ordered this laptop on 12th Aug while cashback deal was on. Flipkart without any confirmation canceled order and when I contacted customer care asking reason for same they said that dealer had default (FYI: Dealer was WSRetail - Flipkarts own dealer). Now they are saying that I wont be getting that same deal again and now I have to shell extra Rs.1500 from my pocket because of flipkart's fault.

Flipkart cancelled the order after taking money!

Flipkart cancelled the order after the HDFC deal had expired. Called the Customer support and they said they cant do anything as Seller had a faulty product (FYI: Seller was WS Retail) and now I am supposed to buy the same product at a higher cost. And all they are saying on call is the same process! Asking me to send screen shots on a generic id.... Total waste of time!!!
