DELL Inspiron Intel Core i7 6th Gen 6500U - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/2 GB Graphics) 5559 Laptop  (15.6 inch, Blue, 2 kg)

The power cable was faulty when received... Had to contact Dell support for replacement. Checking Warranty of the laptop showed the warranty started 4 months before purchase date. Had to raise a complaint with Flipkart to correct this as well.

Hi I did not receive the 15.6 Laptop Bag along with bag. When I wanted to buy through the Dell Exclusive Store I was offered a free laptop bag, but when I placed the order through Flip Kart I could not get that.

Also, the McAfee Anti Virus subscription for 15 months was available free in the store but when I ordered through Flip Kart I could not see the subscription, it has only one month free subscription.

Please check and provide both bag and AV subscription for 15 months.

The description mentions a full HD screen (1920x1080), however I received a laptop with resolution of only 1366x768. Returned. Flipkart was quick to accept return without any hassle. Good Flipkart service but bad listing/shipment by seller.
