Product is good but the specifications given are not accurate and also very bad experience with wsretail for the first time. First received the product without backpack. Then informed flipkart and flipkart replaces whole. But again received without a backpack. Flipkart though provided a gift card but this type of error needs rectification in future. As expected, well built, sturdy and good battery backup.
Fast enough for running heavy application.
Processor clocks upto 3.1ghz.
Backlit keyboard, space for extra ram.
Good quality display. not so heavy.
Only con is keyboard is not upto the mark, else everything is great.

Got this product with defective screen and power button led not working . I doubt quality of product .. requested for replacement I got after many calls but 2nd time also got faulty one and no back pack

I got my product on with in two days when i booked.. Thanq..

This particular order has several issues.
- Partial delivery – backpack was not delivered for which Flipkart gave me Rs.1K gift voucher
- The power on button indicator is not working
So I am losing confidence in online purchase.

To add, the compliant that I had is still not resolved for 10 days now.

Don't buy this.This laptop has i5 (6th gen) processor instead of i7(6th gen).
Ram is also 4gb instead of 8gb.But it has touchscreen. I m disappointed.
