Asked for black laptop but received white
Though i had requested for a black glossy laptop, i received a white one. But since i was happy with the design and looks, I am ok with it. I expected 1 year dell warranty service but i see that the warranty is expiring in a month. Can you please explain this? If this was not the case i would have given it 5 stars. But inspite of guaranteeing 1 year of free service, i see only 1 month more is left. This is disappointing.

Good deal. Delivered on time. Laptop was in good shape and delivered as per committment. But I am disappointed that after spending 38K, there was no bag included with the laptop which costs between 500-600 Rs in the market. Dell should have been courteous enough to provide a bag for the laptop.

Great laptop
A bit bulky but the build quality is great. The screen is nice. Windows 10 works beautifully on it. Overall nice laptop with good specs in decent price.

I ordered for the black glossy color but I received white one. Tough white one looks also classy I hve decided to keep this. Overall performance of this laptop is awesome. Looks very good n its Dell logo is eye cache. Speaker n display is too awesome.
Highly recommended.

Very Good
I have ordered for a Black colour Dell laptop but they provided me with the White colour Dell laptop . As , the model number and everything was same , so I decided to keep the product instead of wasting my time for returning it and waiting for other new Black one laptop. Overall its good product.
