well I'm totally unsatisfied with this laptop as i'm using it from past 5 months.
(-)Cons:

1)- TOUCHPAD : It has very very poor sensitivity and very delicate . Plus it dosn't work most of the time when we scroll down pages etc. with our two fingers.

2)- Keypad : Again It has very delicate keys , in just 5 months i just lost my 'N' key ( Note that i didn't play much game ) .

(3)- Performance : Not upto the mark lacks most of the time , also many games like fifa 15, gta 4 creates l...

Gone bad in two years.

Third class hardware. USB slots have got loose. Keyboard very fragile. Go for HP laptop s in this price. Moreover the Dell DFS service in Windows have exhausted the system. I will never recommend anyone to go with this laptop.

It is very bad laptop.It has many problems.Touchpad is not good.Brightness and sound hurts.I am totally unsatisfied from this laptop.

The warranty details provided by seller are not correct. The laptop has 1 year limited hardware warranty , phone support from Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 PM and no accidental damage.

There is no pro support , not accidental damage.

As far as product is concerned, it is too bulky. Windows 10 updates does not work properly and Dell is not able to resolve this. if you are tecky person and can resolve errors on your then it is fine otherwise don't go for this project.
