Upgraded from a Dell Inspiron 14R to this laptop.

The key parameters I was looking for was a FHD i5/i7, 14" or smaller screen, 8GB RAM, light weight & portable.

Pros : I got all the above plus a touch screen with the solid backing of Dell support who are extremely friendly & supportive in helping resolve issues. Warranty has expired even before purchase and retailer refused to give warranty but offered a replacement. Now this same product will go to another buyer who may miss checking the warranty details and get stuck with an inferior product. Beware buyers.

This was my worst experince. FLIPKART SELLING FAULTY PRODUCTS. The laptop does not even on. And if i ask flipkart they say contact dell. If i ask dell they say get it replaced from retailer. I have made my worst deal buying this from flipkart.
