Very slow and only hardware desgin is good

I have bought this product . and i got the product in the evening and i tried to open the laptop ,.after long time it opened then i have shut it down , Again i tried starting . it was not at all starting only blank screen was displayed. software issue i think . Requested for returned in the night same day. totally bad experience.
