At this price range, you have 3 options. Dell, Logitech M90 or Logitech M100.

M90 has smooth clicks, but really noisy, cheap feeling scroll wheel. M100 has good scroll wheel but very noisy, plasticy, clicks.

Dell has both smooth clicks and scroll. But Logitech mouses come with more warranty and work on larger variety of surfaces. They have better response too.

OK for average desktop usage, mild gaming (Dota, Age of Empires, etc) and very durable. Makes up for slightly inferior performance...

This is a good mouse in 200, quality is also great. This is perfect for normal work but if you do gaming then i will not recommend this.

This mouse is working fine with my dell inspiron laptop. No lag or problem in connecting. Easy use. Supports both 2.0 and 3.0 usb ports. Has an indicator red light below that shows ur mouse is connected. Good buy. :)
