I bought this laptop 10 days ago from a dell dealer and this laptop is insanely awesome. The 3rd gen i7 3612 qm processor is insanely fast. i ran adobe photoshop, itunes,vlc,winamp,youtube 1080p hd videos,microst word,excel,powerpoint and far cry 2 game all at once and not even a second of hang. the laptop is also much cooler than 2nd gen i7 laptops infact the only time i noticed heating was when i was playing skyrim and battlefield 3 but that was also moderate. the 1mp hd webcam is superb an...

I did tons of research before buying my laptop and settled for this thing because it seemed like the best thing within my budget. Now I feel like an idiot. I was pretty pleased when I got the thing but one fine day just after one month of buying it, lo the thing dies. So they come and replace some stuff and the thing starts running, but not as good as a system with this configuration should run. And after another four months, the crashes start.
