I am using this laptop for last five years and It's still works well and gives same performance as day one. Believe me I hsed this laptop very roughly though its gives magnificant performance. Really happy to buy this one.

I ordered this laptop as a desktop replacement for the mother after the desktop conked off again. Compared to a netbook, this was superb value for money, and I had prepared myself for the necessary hassle of installing Ubuntu etc. and getting it set up for her purposes.

Great performance, good battery backup. Am happy with this!

Have been using it for nearly 5 years. Though I've changed battery twice (which is to be expected and mostly coz of rough use and over charging) and adapter once, the laptop is still working fine surprisingly. Mike speaker webcam all working as good as new. Have not crashed once. Totally and completely satisfied. Simple durable and economical.

I have just completed 3 years of my Dell Vostro 1015. No any issues so far.
It is value for money. I am accepting that its performance is not too much high as it is just core2duo.
Drawbacks are low sound, uncomfortable keypard.
