i have been using this lap for weeks, quite good in performance. but design was looking like free laptop providing by the government( amma lap ).

The product is good, in this price these features are really very good but the build quality of this laptop is very bad.... very cheap type of plastic is used to build this laptop... and those speakers, SPEAKERS OF THIS LAPTOP IS EQUIPPED WITH REALLY VERY LOW VOLUME... but u can get nice sound through headphone
pros: 1) 4th gen i5, 4gb ram, 2gb graphics and antiglare display at 40000 inr
2) nice camera,
3) great battery back up( 4.5 hours on mixed usage)
4) window...

Pros : Light weight , Decent configuration, in-built GPS ( not mentioned in spec ), Good Batt back up for now, On site warranty support.

Cons : HDD 500GB only Could be better.

Bought this Laptop and with in one month faced , Automatically shut down / re-boot problem,
Needed to change Mother Board under warranty, work got affected, but now stable.

Product is good. But few files of Windows were missing. Couldn't be able to format the en build genuine Window due to missing file.

Its been 2+ months since i have been using and its pretty much experience using the laptop and a good buy for the price of 37k (considering the discounts)

cons i can think of is bad speakers. dell CS says its because its more a business laptop and not a entertainment

Delivery time was as promised.

Awesome light weight product.
working as smooth as the day one.
Configuration is sufficient for most of the household computing.

These are the problems facing by me after patiently using this laptop for more than a week even without removing the covers given to new laptop.......

1) Many times i can't even able to log in to my system it is showing a blue screen thats all.... even though u wait for hours it will be same what u can do is just forcibly power-off the system and have to retry.....
2) The laptop not at all working like a i5 processor laptop with 4gb ram ....
3) Even it is take lot of time to open crome, mo...

Poor product. Speakers have no power. Seems faulty. Monitor is faulty. Shown configuration at that price is great but hardware is compromised. If this is the case of Vostro what will be the case of Inspiron. There is always the possibility of getting junk products on buying online from unknown sellers, so i always buy from "WS Retail". But need not say only 85% positive feedback raises questions even on their quality delivered.

This is regarding my purchase of my Dell laptop and subsequent complaint

After registering a complaint about bad speakers and being assured of
troubleshooting within 10:30AM of 22nd of July, I received a call by your
technical team at around 7 in the evening. I don't know if they are being
