I bought this hard shelled version from Delsey thinking it would be solid and sturdy. Was very disappointed with the qaulity of material. It's so poor that if you keep a 30kg weight on it it may get squashed. Not what I expected from this brand. 3 star for flipkart amazingly quick delivery. 0 star for delsey

I've received a damaged product. The strap inside is torn. I've requested for a replacement as it has got a 30 days replacement guarantee.

I got a replacement within 6 days. So far so good.
