I bought it in late january...and am pretty satisfied ..very much balanced sound across the spectrum which is amazing at the price point.nothing seems overwhelming,decent soundstaging for closed headphone.
needs a few hour ,preferably over 100+ hours burn-in to souind good.
pretty comfortable for an hour and a half long listening.

This headphone is spoiling the name of Denon.
Sound quality - no surround sound experience, less clarity of beats on top of it now there is a crackling noise when increase the volume above 4 points in macbook.
Dont go for it... you will waste your money...
Crackling sound started coming just within 5 months from buying.
Also very uncomfortable to wear for long listening.
