There are better books available in the market.
I personally would suggest books from foreign authors for this subject as the concepts are not explained properly in this book.

as usual the service provided by flipkart is excellent
with regard to the book ,the book paper quality,proper binding of pages and good packaged with handle was taken into regard
covers all syllabus as compared to GATE..
Recommended book for all slow learners and price compared with other sites is also cheap and that delivered within less than the expected time.....

an excellent book!
Standard text that covers almost every point in Machine Design course, along with numerous solved and unsolved numericals. Easy language, very few mistakes.... A must have book for a mechanical engineer.

Good Book
For an engineer it's like one of the best in terms of theory and explanation(excluding Shigley and others), also the numericals given are quite good
