Good choice
Good book to understand the desin patterns and it's functionalities. Just go for it. Those who are preparing for interviews will be beneficial for them but don't expect it to be inclined towards any particular programming language. They explained it in a language independent way

Just okay
Without commenting on the content of the book, what I received was a book with improper binding and paper cutting. Around 20 pages from the middle of the book were folded. Since printing was still okay, I am not asking for a replacement, but cutting 2 points.
