Sivaji and Kamal Classic
Few scenes were deleted in this DVD for reasons unknown. Character portrayed by Periya Thevar (Sivaji Ganesan) informally announces Sakthivel (Kamal Hassan) as his successor. Few shots which I enjoyed in the full movie, is not available in this DVD.

This DVD is one of the worst in terms of quality. Its worse than a TV rip. I am not rating the movie here, but the bad quality of DVD's, I have seen this especially with OLD TAMIL MOVIES. They claim to be DVD's but end up not even half the quality of a VCD RIP

Most important scenes are missing
1. The scene in panchayathu...where Nasar insults Sivaji
2. The scene Sivaji walks back to home from pachayathu and mimics the action for grinding.
3. Kamal & Ravathi's discussion after the failed assassination on Kamal while coming back from railway station.
- After realizing that these scenes are missing I almost lost the urge to watch the movie.
And the quality is not superb.. it's just ok only.
