Especially, even if you would like to know about the concepts and evolution of public administration, the historical overview, one can surely spend for this green colored book. I have never found any thing being repeated. Every page some quotes to some insights to share upon. Sapru has dramatically put the evolution in the last chapters especially...Worth it!
