DFS provides 24*7 professional monitored alarm system. It comes with multiple sensors like door sensor, motion sensors, smoke sensor etc. Once all components get install in your premises, shop or office and then if any sensor detects any unusual activity then sensors trigger the alarm and send the signal to control panel. Control panel is main part of the system. It controls the everything. All sensors, siren and remote keys will be connected from control panel. When control panel receive signals form sensors then it trigger the loud alarm itself and if is there any additional siren has installed then it triggers the siren also. In the same time, control panel sends the information to our Central Monitoring Station (CMS). Central Monitoring Station alarm receives signals form control panel of everything. So if is there any power cut, battery low, ac loss, sensor loss or alarm triggers then CMS get the signal about that. We have our trained operator in the CMS. So once they receive any alarm notification from customer's control panel then they immediately call to the customers within 1 minute in any case. They verify the alarm with customers and if is there anything happens then they will co-ordinate with customers and follow-up until the problem solved. Our alarm system in truly wireless. It's sensors comes with inbuilt battery backup for up to 2 years battery life. Sensors wirelessly connect with control panel. Control panels sends the heartbeat signal to our CMS in every 30 seconds. So network between control panel and CMS never go unnoticed. It comes with inbuilt M2M sim card. So you don't need your own sim card to use our services. And you don't need to pay for it. It will be included in monitoring charges. For operating the alarm system, you can use remote key or use the DFS mobile app to activate or deactivate the system from anywhere in the India. Panel needs to be connected with power supply but it has impressive battery back for up to 8 to 10 hours. Siren also needs to be connected with power supply but it has battery back for up to 8 days once get fully charged.
