I was looking for dell studio 1555 laptop battery and I found this product. I purchased it at start it was working fine and battery capacity was also 98%. After one months use the battery storage capacity drastically reduced even though the battery hardly used 2 to 3 hours daily. After one month it showing battery capacity 77%. Battery capacity means for 100% fully battery charged for the time it last long while using.Now for 77% it gives me only 2hour backup .

Worked fine for a year good 3 hours backup.

Later backup reduce to zero now.

Not gud...bcoz charging get finish very fast..

After I got this battery for my studio 1558 and used it for two days the battery stopped charging. My system also started prompting that battery is not recognised. Please don't buy this.

The battery backup comes for only 2 hours in ideal and when in use its comes for only 1 hour 15 minutes. This cannot be a competitor with original brand.

Pros
Cost effective. Much cheaper than the original Dell 6 cell battery.
Same battery life as that of a brand new Dell battery.
Observed 3.5 hours of battery life after a month of use.

Cons(if any)
Maybe a few grams heavier than a Dell battery, but really does not matter.

Summary: Totally worth it.

I bought this piece of crap a month back. Hardly had i used it for 10 days, that it started giving issues. Now when i boot my laptop, it gives error "Couldn't identify the Battery". The battery is totally discharged all the time and its as good as not there. Please don't buy this if you were to go by my experience.

Though it's a battery and just 2 weeks passed after I purchased it can't confirm the performance. But till now I didn't face any issues.
But I'm happy with their services like keep me updated with the status, prices compare to market & delivery time frame

m using this from last one month.... rt now it is giving hardly one hour backup.. but while using it ll get heat... for time being and for less money obviously people can opt for this. and t dint get 6 months extra warranty as mentioned in site.. even i inquired with DGB...

The packing and product was open when delivered. This was received by my mother, I would have returned the product.

The Laptop battery fits perfectly for my Studio 1558. But I doubt the full charge can last even an hour with display set to even at quarter stop.

Will update the review once I check actual time the charge holds.
