Very useful. Previously I used it continuously for more than two years and the blood sugar is under control with only one allopathic tablet. I discontinued later on as unable to meet the cost and delivery charges. Now the tablets are increased to two. Again I decided to continue it. The Flipkart should have to waive the delivery charges on more than two packs. As I am not a Doctor, I could not recommend but my experience is given.
