Pretty good
Very good except for the missing desktop software which is neither available for download even on the official website nor is included in the box. Connecting to pc detects the device but useless with their health care software which is only mentioned in the official youtube video.

Product is super osm.....give accurate result......i tested with this machine and also with lab tested....the lab result is 118 nd this machine give 115.....which is super accurate 👏....fully satisfied with this product 🙏

Q:how it works
A:Just insert the strip in the slot, it switches on. prick finger/toe and touch another end of strip with oozing blood, get result in 6 sec. removing the strip after getting result will switch it off.
