Ordered this atta as we were following keto diet...it is nice combination of different flours like amond, ragi, oats jowar ..you need to make dough soft and keep it for rest and then make chapati its nice

I used diabexy atta,today my lunch was 3 medium size chapati and 1 cup leaf veg,and i tested after 2hrs (PLBS)post lunch blood sugar level was 130mg/dl in accucheck strip test,its really working amezing result,now i hope to diabeties reversal soon
