Just okay

Product is good and the atta it's exactly seeks same as the wheat atta but for the purpose I purchased was not fulfilled. It doesn't helped me to maintain sugar level that much. So if you are diabetic type 1 patient than just do more physical exercise and take care of daily routine,that's the only thing which can help you maintain your sugar level
