The book focuses on differential equations and integral transforms which form an essential part of mathematics for undergraduate science and engineering students. Differential equations arise in the modeling of various physical problems in applied mathematics physics and engineering. An integral transform is an important tool to solve the initial and boundary value problems. The chapters focussing on integral transforms cover Laplace transform and its applications Fourier series Fourier tranforms and their applications. Salient features of the book: A large number of solved examples for better understanding of the subject Unsolved problems in the form of exercises for thorough practice Applications of differential equations and integral transform have been described in separate chapters Multiple choice questions after each section.
